presentation message is send -> acceptation, release and debt notification are reciev3ed
Create declaration & customs massage, attach the declaration to the message by creating the DeclarationCustomsMessage and also make the xml and attach that to the DeclarationCustomsMessage. Then we generate the zip for the customs message, we email the zip, we get the reply email, add attach the zip to the customs message then we unzip and attach the xmls to the DeclarationCustomsMessage, then we read the xmls and update the declaration
